We're putting our heart and soul into creating beautiful, functional products for the real world.
G61 Industrial is a collaboration with fellow design engineer Alexander Marler.
Why not check out what we've been working on?
Design is at its best when it pulls the strengths of multiple parties together to create something greater than the sum of its parts. We believe in constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation and not settling for the way things have always been done. It's these shared values that are at the heart of G61 Industrial, and form the basis of our partnership with Alexander Marler Design.

Maybe you've got a great idea for a product and are having trouble pitching it to others, or maybe you know the end goal but don't know the means. We can help realise your goal and bring it to life with detailed product sketches and expert consultancy.
Once you're most of the way to a fully formed idea, computer aided design (CAD) is essential for taking the next steps to make your idea a reality. CAD is the easiest way to accurately share your ideas with others and communicate your designs for manufacture.
Lots of design houses will have trusted contacts for 3d printing and laser cutting, but we believe its vital to be able to produce parts in-house to work seamlessly and efficiently, especially in the early stages of a design. Keeping this in house also allows us to keep costs low, and turnaround fast.
We believe any and all products should be made to be as beautiful as is functionally possible, however beautiful designs alone aren't good enough. Our background is primarily in the manufacturing sector so we're experts at creating designs with manufacture in mind.
Rapid prototyping, 3D Printing, model making, woodwork & metalwork, plastics, adhesives and fasteners are all commonplace in a hands-on iterative design process and its part of the process we relish. We are hands-on practical people who have a lifetime of experience pulling things apart, fixing them, and building better versions.
We love old stuff. Old vehicles, old musical instruments, old technology. Old things are often a huge source of inspiration to us technically & creatively. Whether you need to recreate a part for a machine that can no longer be bought, or you want to design something from scratch and take inspiration from the past - reverse engineering can help.
At the core of every electronic device is its printed circuit board (PCB). We create custom schematics & board layouts in line with your requirements to make your electronics based product a reality.
Having a PCB manufactured can be a daunting task with a dizzying number of variables to consider. We have the capability to do small runs in-house and have a number of trusted partners for when it's time to scale up.

Before starting a PCB design it's typically a good idea to create a prototype. Prototyping electronic circuits can be a tricky process requiring lots of specialist equipment. Why not let us handle it with our in-house prototyping service?
Microcontroller based electronics have become the norm in recent times which has allowed for big leaps forward in terms of whats possible, but it does mean someone has to develop the software which runs on them. We offer both bespoke embedded programming services as well as those for PC based applications.

Once you've designed your product and had the parts manufactured, the question becomes how can it be assembled quickly, reliably and cost effectively. We design and build our own products in-house and as such have a wealth of knowledge and tooling allowing us to meet your low volume assembly needs.
